What is Covered?
This Warranty covers any defects in materials and/or workmanship.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Our Full Warranty Policy is valid up to 90 days from the original date of purchase.
Our Standard Limited Warranty Policy is valid from 5 years from the original date of purchase, depending on the model. Please review the warranty details for your specific product on our product page.
What Will Agro Lighting Do?
During the 90 Day Full Warranty Period, Agro Lighting will either repair or replace any covered, defective product that meets the specified requirements. All costs associated with the repair and/or replacement will be covered by Agro Lighting. In addition, Agro Lighting will also cover all shipping fees incurred during the 90 Day Full Warranty Period.
After the 90 Day Full Warranty Period, Agro Lighting will either repair or replace any covered, defective product that meets the specified requirements. All costs associated with the repair and/or replacement will still be covered by Agro Lighting. However, during the Limited Warranty Period, shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser.
What is Not Covered?
Our 90 Day Full Warranty and Standard 5 Year Limited Warranty do not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), power surge, or other acts of nature.
Your Agro Lighting LED Grow Light has been manufactured to the strictest specifications and has been designed to use only with authorized accessories and replacement parts. Our 90 Day Full Warranty and 5 Year Limited Warranty do not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any other installation, any unauthorized tempering with this product, any unauthorized repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service?
In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Agro Lighting of a warranty claim by contacting Agro Lighting Customer Service at 1-888-434-3092 or email@example.com. To ensure the fastest response speed, please specify “WARRANTY CLAIM” in your email subject. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase, the specific lot number (located on the silver sticker on the top of your grow light’s casing). An Agro Lighting representative will assist you from that point on. Please note that depending on the issue, specific photos may be required. Once the proper proof of defect has been submitted, you will be issued a Return Authorization Code, along with specific return instructions. Upon receipt and review of the defective product, Agro Lighting will repair, or replace and return your order within 5 – 10 business days.
How to Obtain Return Service?
In order to enforce the rights under this Guarantee, the purchaser must notify Agro Lighting Customer Service at 1-888-434-3092 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days from the date of purchase. To ensure the fastest response speed, please specify “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE REQUEST” in your email subject. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase. An Agro Lighting representative will assist you from that point on. Once the qualifying information has been verified, if eligible, you will be issued a Return Authorization Code, along with specific return instructions. Upon receipt and review of the defective product, Agro Lighting will issue return credit within 10 to 15 business days.
Damage Claim Policy & Procedure
All Agro Lighting Product Packaging have been designed to withstand the typical wear and tear during shipment transportation. However, in the unfortunate event where damages do occur during the shipping process, below procedures must be followed in order to ensure the expeditious delivery of a replacement product, and the proper claim being filed with the responsible carrier.
When you receive your Agro Lighting LED Grow Light, the external packaging must be inspected for any rips, tears, punctures, abrasions, creases or any marks that may indicate damage on the interior. If possible, you should inspect content alongside the delivery driver. Significant damages should be refused by customer and signed off by the driver. Damages not noticed and seen with the driver’s presence may still be claimed as concealed damages.
The Agro Lighting Customer Services must be notified of the damages (refused or concealed) within 48 hours of the Customer receiving the shipment, in order to begin a claim with the shipping carrier. You must notify us at 1-888-434-3092 or email@example.com . To ensure the fastest response speed, please specify “SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM” in your email subject. Failure to notify Agro Lighting LED within this time frame may lead to delay and/or a forfeiture of a replacement, and potentially other monetary penalties.
In addition, you must include pictures of the damages, along with a detailed description of the damages with your Claim. Once all necessary information relating to the Shipping Damage Claim are received, additional instructions will be provided.
Agro Lighting LED Grow Lights are designed to create the optimal growing environment for plants, vegetables, fruits and herbs. Our products are to be used for lawful purpose only. As the purchaser, it is your sole responsibility to know and abide by all laws pertaining to the use of your Agro Lighting Product(s). Agro Lighting will not be held liable for any unlawful State or Federal activity incurred after the sale of our products. By purchasing Agro Lighting Products, you are hereby agreeing to our terms and conditions, confirming that you as the purchaser are attesting to the lawful use of our product(s) and thereby solely responsible for acting within the legal guidelines of all applicable regulations.
